We had such a lovely experience with Frank and his team! We booked a wedding through Wedgewood and opted in for a cake by the bakery. I was able to use his Instagram to get some cake design inspiration and we went in with a theme, and he ran with it. Due to the size of our wedding we needed a little side cake and he did a whole different design to really make it special. We did different cakes and fillings for every single tier, and it was a hit! The cake tasting was great and we didn't feel rushed to make decisions. We're a bit sad that we have to wait a little longer to eat that top layer, but we are already talking about going back to get another cake made just because. Thank you for making such a beautiful cake and a memorable way to honor my family with the wisteria blossoms.

We were searching for a place to get our wedding cake. I even went to a wedding expo. Our first tasting as a couple was here. We were super excited to see/try all the options. We ended up with carrot cake w/cream cheese frosting , chocolate cake w/chocolate ganache and vanilla butter cream, and lastly lemon cake with raspberry filling w/lemon butter cream. Super impressed with the end result. The staff was super friendly and delivered a perfect cake with a finished flower look/my personal cake topper. If i remember correctly, they also offer a free mini cake on your first anniversary. I hope this is true! (maybe I'll get a confirmation of this) End story: definitely recommend
My wife and I were lucky enough to share a private baking experience with Frank! We made eclairs and Frank showed us how much passion he has for baking in every step of the process! It was an absolute treat and Frank made our whole group feel so welcome in his kitchen! I couldn’t recommend him enough!
Frank was excellent to work with. I had a cake testing for our wedding & showed him our vision for my cake and what we wanted to have for our guests (cupcakes). Our cake was incredibly delicious and so superb in the design. Guests really enjoy their cupcakes too. I 10/10 recommend having your desserts made by Frank. He delivered to our venue in Loomis, CA on time and made sure we had some take home boxes in case their were left overs.

First of all, YUM. Frank (and his team) is an amazing baker! He recently baked all our desserts for our wedding and they did not disapoint, everyone loved them so much! He was a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. The cake tasting he set up was amazing for my husband and I. They gave us so much time and no pressure, he never felt rushed to finish our tasting. They also provided SO MANY options to taste (it was almost overhwelming)! What a fun day though, and we were sent home with so many desserts. Our cake the day of was beautiful and tasted SO GOOD. The frosting is thick and delicious without being overly sweet. All the mini desserts we ordered were also fantastic. We ordered chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, vanilla cupcakes with strawberry cream cheese frosting, gluten free carrot cake cupcakes (these were surprisingly good for gluten free, you could barely tell!), pineapple upside cakes (biggest hit by far), cheesecake with berries, and a mini fruit tart. Our main cake was champagne with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. Go check out his shop in Placerville too and grab some sweets!
Frank took my idea and made it reality. I did not want pretty, ordinary or basic. Cake brought tears to my eyes when I saw it. The flavors were out of this world. I asked for champagne and strawberry cake. Strawberry flavor not part of his normal flavors. Strawberry cake hade chocolate filling and champagne had raspberry filling. Everyone had a slice and then some. Some people even asked to take some home. The flavors were exceptional. I gave his name out to most of my guests because they wanted to know who and where the baker is. I will definitely be going back. He will always be my baker. Master at flavor artist at design. I had a very specific idea in mind for a non traditional wedding cake, and Frank turned into a reality. It was exactly what I’d imagined in my mind. But, more than that it was most delicious cake we’ve ever had! So many guests commented on how great the cake was. The cake tasting experience was super fun also. He was so accommodating, and easy to work with. I appreciate everything so much and highly recommend!
